Minnesota Folk Festival Application Form for Food/Concession Vendor
June 25 & 26, 2005
To be a food vendor at the Minnesota Folk Festival:
- $15 Application Fee & completed application received by June 1, 2005
- 15% of Gross Sales sold during the event will be paid at the conclusion of event.
- Each food vendor must be licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health
- Provide certificate of insurance addressed to Little Log House Properties, 21889 Michael Avenue, Hastings, MN 55033 as additional insured.
Food tickets will be sold by the festival in increments of $1.00 Please price your food and concessions to reflect whole dollar amounts.
